Contribute to the business as financial partner of GP CASA Brazil Procurement team, providing financial guidance through the next activities:

Indirects GP Team financial support : work closely with Indirects CASABR GP Director & structure for productivity tracking, total spend visibility, GP projects financial evaluation & provide financial & main KPI’s visibility

CashFlow (GP DPO): support CASABR cashflow process providing payments days increase opportunities insights
LatAm Consolidation & global submissions: construct monthly & quarterly submissions for having a LATAM view and perform the quarterly global submissions to GP finance team

Capabilities Development for GP LATAM: optimization leader on GP team processes looking for benchmarks/best practices within and outside LATAM region.

Indirects GP Team financial support :

Business partner with GP Indirects CASABR Director: provide financial visibility of main GP Indirects financial KPI’s, coordinate & evaluate regional projects from the financial standpoint and lead all the local procurement finance regardind guidelines and key projects insights

Productivity Alignment: establish and standardize Procurement’s productivity framework, governance and calendar with Procurement Finance LATAM, FP&A and Global Procurement HQ to ensure productivity reporting compliance.

Standarize and align Procurement’s Productivity figures and queries with CASA Brazil Productivity Central Office, FP&A Budget Management, FP&A Central Team and Global Procurement ensuring P&L benefits and targets within PSP, AOP and FCST processes.

Annual Key Processes: Lead productivity initiatives both construction and performance management processes across Procurement Team ensuring PSP, AOP and FCST Targers for CASA Brazil + Global Procurement identifying risks and opportunities.

Weekly/Monthly reviews with leadership: Drive and increase continuously partnership with Procurement and Operations Team to increase understanding, control, accuracy and identify risks & opportunities by leading the financial agenda.
Spend Visibility: Lead, coordinate, validate and support determination of indirects managed spend and inflations for PSP, AOP and FCST processes.

White Spaces mapping: provide insights for GP team in order to increase coverage over greenfields generating productivity on top of AOP.

CashFlow (GP DPO): Redesign of the CF Process providing PMT Increase Opportunities insights monthly .

Annual Key Processes: Lead productivity initiatives both construction and performance management processes across Procurement Team ensuring PSP, AOP and FCST Targers for CASA Brazil + Global Procurement identifying risks and opportunities to increase DPO.

Weekly/Monthly reviews with leadership: Drive and increase continuously partnership with Procurement and Operations Team to increase understanding, control, accuracy and identify risks & opportunities by leading the financial agenda.

LatAm Consolidation & global submissions: construct monthly & quarterly submissions for having a LATAM view and perform the quarterly global submissions to GP finance team. The quarterly submissions includes:
Sector Productivity and Cash Flow forecast summary deck
Sector Productivity excel table w/variance vs. AOP Final
Risks & Opportunities excel summary - same template used from AOP
Indirects Managed Spend

Cash Flow master data

Capabilities Development for GP LATAM: Optimization leader on GP team processes looking for benchmarks/best practices within and outside LATAM region. Support continuous improvement and transformation of Procurement Finance Team towards a high performance and strategic team which generates added value for the business.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business or Finance
MSc in International Business
3 to 5 years of experience mainly in FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Cost Management
Advanced English, Spanish & Portuguese (spoken and written)
SAP technical expert

Strongly autodriven and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong/Expert leadership and negotiation skills
Ability to develop strong partnerships and interact effectively with individuals at all Org levels
Strong/Expert analytical and problem solving skills
Decision making and ability to highlight opportunities and risks
Leadership without authority experience to get others to willingly cooperate and engage
