The retail landscape is changing at a rapid pace. The boundaries between online and offline have never been more intertwined. The web now influences more than 50% of all retail sales yet just three years ago, this figure stood at just a fraction.
PepsiCo eCommerce Team (Central Europe Grater Balkans) is looking for a eCommerce and Customer Digital Manager to lead content, analytics and ecommerce marketing initiatives in Poland to drive growth and efficiencies across the functions above


  • eGrocery: manage a portfolio of top eGrocery Clients in Poland to deliver growth
  • Customer Digital: lead PepsiCo Poland to digital expert position for top offline retailers through digital tools supporting offline sales
  • Own customer relationships to become a digital trusted advisor, creating strategic partnerships which have long term aspirations to be strategic alliances with retailers
  • Maintain scorecards & consistent KPIs - provide regular detailed insights of sales and media performance, summarising in scorecards to enable comparisons and insight tangible driven actions
  • Deliver strong plans with the intent to grow and gain market share across all brands and categories
  • Constantly look for opportunities to drive incremental profitable growth to optimise PepsiCo products on retailer’s online platforms and identify opportunities to cross sell and up sell
  • Work closely with aligned internal resources (trade marketing, marketing, sales, digital teams)

  • Work in an international environment to roll-out global initiatives and sharing of local findings
  • Be an internal advocate and lead the Digital Transformation through proactive communication to peer groups

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing eCommerce or digital strategies, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention
  • Excellent communication skills (incl. English) - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships internally and externally
  • Project skills – ability to work across multiple projects in a fast moving and ever changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes
  • Analytical skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities
  • Proactive approach - drive online sales and customer engagement whilst taking others with you
  • Inspire others – ability to engage broad range of stakeholders both through compilation of compelling and persuasive presentations and ability to deliver.
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial focus with keen interest in digital engagement platforms
