Best in class execution of Commercial and Customer plans into the The Netherlands stores & Outlets
Plan, supervise and control the The Netherlands field sales activities in terms of volume, merchandising and expenses. Exploiting sales growth opportunities
Build, Lead and inspire the The Netherlands Field Sales Force team to deliver best in class POS execution and sustainable growth
Build, deliver en execute Strategic planning and evaluation
Deliver a long term, sustainable Field Sales Force strategy in cooperation with the Sales director
Build the best in class executional FSF team, close to the Customer teams and with a continuous perspective on new and more efficient ways of working
Achieve Volume target & Execution targets whilst controlling costs of merchandising and sales
Build a best in class Field Sales Force team (best in category) via strong capability and team building
Constantly challenge on the most optimal and efficient organization in terms of sales and execution
Manage the resources of the Sales team to achieve Sales objectives in volume, net revenue and market share under budgeted costs
Execute and monitor all scheduled sales, promotional and specific activities (new launches, consumer and sales promotions, secondary locations)
Spend time on the field: Full customer service at all levels including regular trade visits and performance reviews with local and regional customer representatives
Organize for strong controls in terms of number of calls and results reporting
Market Development:
- Adjust & monitor organization to realize an optimal performance delivery over regions, channels and accounts
- Optimize daily schedule of the sales force
- responsible for productivity issues (frequency of calls per day, time spend in the market)

People Development
- achieve area objectives through supervision and motivation of the sales force
- prepare, supervise, execute and control of sales & activities for each Representative

Qualifications/Requirements

Education and work experience:
- University degree (sales, marketing, business management) or equal through experience
- At least 8 years managerial experience
