Roles:
- Support Lay’s STAX Communication and Innovation growth initiatives in mainland China according to overall brand strategic plan and AOP plan

Accountabilities:
1.Communication: Support brand communication campaigns
- Own and manage timeline for communication campaigns ensuring timely delivery of key milestones
- Effectively communicate and manage external agencies to drive achievement of brand and marketing objectives
- Support line manager in planning, aligning, executing, and reviewing brand communication campaigns to deliver long-term brand equity and short-term brand excitement and volume
2.Innovation: Support innovation process
- Own and manage timeline for innovation projects throughout entire innovation lifecycle following PepsiCo Stage Gate process requirements for on-time successful project delivery
- Effectively communicate with and influence cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality delivery of assigned innovation projects
3.In-Store Execution and Packaging: Effectively manage across functions
- Effectively drive alignment with sales team for trade and channel activation plan field implementation with both BU and MU
- Own and manage packaging execution from FA to final production working with cross-functional teams
4.Budget Planning: Support A&M spending within policy
- Support line manager with budget planning process with responsibility for budget spending control and monitoring
- Ensure spending fits within policy set by finance and control teams and monitor overall payment process
5.Business Analysis: Skilled at collecting data and using common data sources
- Support line manager by serving as key person to collect, analyze and align on business performance data and metrics

Work Relationships:
- Partner with insights, media, design, and digital team
- Collaborate with and manage creative, media, design, and promotion agencies
- Co-work with Trade Marketing, Sales Department, and E-commerce
- Collaborate and influence R&D, Ops, Finance and cross-functional teams on new innovations

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
1.Experience:
- Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must, working knowledge of English
- Basic knowledge of Marketing innovation/ Campaign Development / Consumer Insights / Market Research
- 3+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably with FMCG
- Working experience on marketing innovation is an important plus
2.Skills/Competencies:
- Great collaboration and communication skills with internal and external partners
- Highly committed and accountable with high sense of responsibility to follow things through regardless of challenges
- Detail oriented
- Passionate on brand marketing and innovation
- Strong data analysis skill, logical thinking with a clear mind
- Creative, open minded and digital savvy
