- Lead two high revenue product line: CPD and TBO with solid business support plan, clear innovation pipeline and excellent execution to deliver business growth target.

1.CPD and TBO product line refresh innovation pipeline setting, launch refresh new product, deliver business growth target including:
- Understand market trends, consumer insights, competitive dynamics and market research data to guide two platform business plan and innovation concepts ( make decision)
- Leverage C2B model to identify CPD breakthrough innovation to lead the category trend. Manage the whole process of refresh new product development from ideation, consumer test to final lock the product mix (make decision and execution )
- Lead refresh NPD commercialization: design launch target, KPI, marketing mix and launch plan and execute ( make decision)
- Ensure performance excellence through the commercialization of new product introductions completed on strategy, within the timeline and within budget ( execution)
- Identify, evaluate and execute new pack size and new packaging initiatives (execution)
- Manage product line P&L, work out programs and activities as necessary to ensure P&L targets are achieved (make decision)
- Develop product line communication strategy ( make decision)
- Lead product line communication strategy translate into instore, e-Commerce and marketing programs; from ideation to commercialization ( make decision)
- Develop instore marketing communication, display and consumer experience tools (make decision)
2.Propose and execute Quaker hot platform gifting strategy to boost mainly Q1 performance
3.Lead Q1 master brand communication campaign to drive awareness and interest
4.Lead in Quaker brand penetration project, eg. Co-branding with others
