Field Sales Manager
Location: Latvia / Estonia

Accountabilities

•Ensure consistent and ongoing Sales plans fulfillment
•Provide ongoing training to merchandising team to ensure achievement of targets
•Establish and monitor KPI’s of the pre-sellers and merchandisers in the team
•Ensure fulfillment of daily store audit forms by merchandising team
•Analyze the sales per store to ensure maximum sales and efficiency and take actions to improve sales
•Set monthly sales targets for distributor and follow the fulfillment through weekly 1-on-1 meetings
•Develop and maintain good relationships with every account
•Secure the best possible display exposition in each outlet
•Provide regular feedback on the stores

Qualifications/Requirements

•University degree would be an advantage (Economics, Finance, Business Degree)
•Minimum of 3 years in FMCG industry
•Determined, persistent, responsible and well-organized with passionate drive
•Excellent command of English language
