Roles:
- Location: T1/2 City – Shanghai/Nanjing/WuXi/Suzhou/Hangzhou/Ningbo
- To deliver assigned of New Retail of LKA O2O, Social Commerce & local eB2B business growth through customer development, customer management, business planning and selling, activity execution and tracking, support to build business process and model of New Retail, promote the transformation and innovation of MU business

Accountabilities:
1.Work together with BU LKA manager to implement New Retail & E-GTM strategies, lead and manage the New Retail business to support MU business growth and RCD to achieve profitable and sustainable growth & well manage the ROI
2.Work closely with MU GTM & Field team to manage new retail customers business of LKA O2O, Social Commerce and eB2B through RCD collaboration;
3.Grow volume, revenue & share in assigned new retail customers aligned with channel strategy, and leverage from E-Commerce/BU O2O /B2B practice;
4.Support MU to negotiate top accounts annual contract of new retail business, and to develop & implement action Plan for top accounts/large platforms with MU GTM;
5.Work with GTM, TM & Field team for customers planning & sales development objectives & tailor-made customized products & promotion activity ;
- Analyze and define the account growth opportunities, make proper suggestions to MU/RCD for decision making
- Identify potential opportunities, communicate those and recommend possible solutions to customers
- Sell-in new products, tailor-made packaging in align with customer promotion program/activity cross all the brands and assortments
- Monitor and check web page to ensure price accuracy and promotion execution
- Pro-actively coordinate related departments for market information and support
6.Develop the capability of manage new retail , support to build a sustainable growth model of this channel

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
- College degree or above; CET 6 or above
- Great at Word, Excel, Power Point
- At least 6 years experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years of key account management or trade marketing in FMCG
- Familiar with MT key players in the market
- Strong selling and negotiation skill
- Data and digital mind-set
- Good communication skills
- Resilient and can work under pressure
- Distributor management experience is a plus
- At least 3 years experience in large scale Internet platform business project or commercial product operation is a plus
- Community operation experience is a plus
