Job Description

  • Scrub orders (Processing of customer orders as they interface between SAP and WMS)
  • Management of all order processing from receipt in SAP through movement into the Red Prairie Warehouse Management System and any subsequent changes until the order is loaded and shipped
  • Execute Pre-cut process daily
  • Perform actual cuts in SAP
  • Document creation for CPU orders
  • Document creation for LTL orders that don’t go thru TM
  • Manage date changes for all customer orders not showing proper transit time
  • Date change all Truck delivery orders not showing one day transit
  • Match all LTL ship dates on shipment document
  • Inbound scheduling/ rescheduling via email
  • Process Short Lead request approval
  • Product request from sister warehouse(s) to cover shortages
  • PA check on the region; identify product needed for next 24 hours
  • Submit Product Availability snapshot to manufacturing (weekly)
  • Stock in Transit report for past due inbounds (weekly)
  • Product prioritization/allocation
  • Set up pre-staging of GMR
  • Order moves requests
  • Product status changes in SAP or WMS when needed
  • Monitor promotion sale orders
  • Product Availability check requests from Customer Account Specialist
  • Unlock orders to allow product changes when requested
  • Material Determination Table update for slash versions
  • Perform Date change verification on orders to ship ahead
  • Late inbound follow up needed for Product Availability
  • Prioritize order picking to protect Product Availability
  • Reschedule requests when there are Product Availability issues
