Purpose of the role
PepsiCo is a leading food and beverage company in Europe, with presence across many complex markets where we have a broad range of categories and products. This very successful business is launching a multi-year business transformation program which is relying on an SAP S4 backbone and other integrated strategic solutions being rolled out. The purpose of this role is to support the Functional Integration Lead on implementation and deployment of the different Value Streams of the Enterprise First Global template (built through SAP S4 concepts). With a specific focus on the cross-integration topics and functional Integration across RTR, PTP, OTC, MTD, EAM, FP&A, TPM, FTS and RTS value streams. Support driving the integrated cross functional topics across the different Value Streams, collaborates closely with Implementation Partner integration team.
Objectives of the role are to ensure that the Global Template supports the execution of business processes related to all processes in scope and the related deployments to multiple countries. This role will adopt and adhere to Agile principles for the Global Template project.

The immediate focus will be set in the successful deployment of the UK and PL business units and the capitalization of project assets for future rollouts in an “industrialized” manner.
Our first program deployment is focusing on our UK and Poland business units with a project office near London, while our teams are based across multiple hubs around Europe and the World.

Relationships & Accountabilities:

  • Support Functional Integration Lead – Accountable

  • Collaborate with the Value Stream Solution Leads and their respective teams to implement and deploy the Global Template – Accountable

  • Partner with the Functional Global Leads to implement and deploy the cross functional Integration topics of the end-to-end solution - Support

  • Support decision-making for functional integration topics for Global Template during deployment - Support

  • Actively engage and educate Value Stream Sub Leads on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities – Accountable

  • Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors – Support

  • Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodology – Support

  • Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against – Support

  • Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Support

    • Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste

    • Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouraged

    • Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams.

Qualifications/Requirements

The ideal candidate is a master of at least 2 different areas within the SAP functional scope (SD, LO, PP, MM, FICO,…) with demonstrated experience in cross functional integration amongst them


Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred from reputed institutions.

  • 10+ years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP projects across at least 2 functional areas

  • Strong functional knowledge over multiple areas in a global capability

  • Previous functional lead roles on a major SAP transformation project

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

  • Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+, Azure DevOps, Quality Center and O365 tools

  • Solves complex problems across multiple work streams

  • Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments

  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences

  • Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change

  • Consulting background a plus

  • Travel required up to an 80%

  • Coaching/Facilitation skills (as promoted by the Agile Coaching Institute), including but not limited to

    • Levels of Listening

    • Conflict Resolution

    • Root Cause facilitation

    • Training techniques
