- Lead commercialization agenda for Nutrition category and assigned platforms

- Develop timeline and drive team to meet critical gate and launch timings
- Identify key project risks and mitigation plans
- Lead weekly cross-functional team meetings
- Ensure full team adheres to timelines in order to enable gate timing
- Develop strong working relationships and influence key stakeholders without direct authority
- Stay connected to broader commercialization team to identify best practice to improve the stage gate process
- Report project status to global commercialization team
- Exhibit strong understanding of Great China commercialization process to help guide team and identify key tasks
