Main Purpose

Manage development, design, and implementation of new compensation and benefits programs in the Asia BU. Primary focus on COSO and strategic markets (Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines) to ensure review of C&B programs to determine feasibility for upgrades or changes that are in line with the market and drive business results. Lead BU agenda for C&B projects around Employee Related cost, structure optimization, and benefits renewals.

Accountabilities

  • Own market benchmarking and relationship with external data vendors
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications on TR communications, primarily annual salary review and Bonus
  • Identify C&B programs that are outliers in the market and identify changes
  • Drive digitization projects from corporate (ERC project, GBS, etc)
  • Variable pay design (incentive programs)
  • Health Benefit design and renewals

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Skills/Experience Required

  • 5-7 years of experience with Total Rewards preferably in an MNC FMCG
  • Bachelor Degree HR, Business, or related field required
  • Experience in Hay or Mercer Job Evaluation a plus
  • Exposure to SAP financial management tool is preferred
  • Proficiency in English and Thai Language
  • High analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder across leadership groups
  • Ability and willingness to work in a consistent high-pressure environment
  • Ability to perform regular works while being flexible and capable to handle ad-hoc or urgent requests
