Main Purpose
To manage day to day operations in collaboration with the Franchise bottling related to process, quality and product development for Beverage; to manage all beverage protocols under PepsiCo to ensure compliance.
Accountabilities
  • Manages and monitors all Beverage protocols under PepsiCo Inc. to ensure consistent compliance
    • Compliance to PepsiCo defined protocols
  • Manages and monitors operations process based on established control parameters from production to trade by ensuring compliance to Beverage document and company standards
    • Compliance to control parameters set
  • Ensures compliance of franchise bottler to the Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) System
  • Compliance to SQA System
  • Compliance to internal quality standards
  • Monitors and complies with both internal and external quality audit requirements and standards Ensures the franchise bottler plant capability to deliver volume requirement
  • 100% compliance to PepsiCo audit standards
  • As a control owner, perform control roles and responsibility in accordance with PepsiCo Accountability model. Support Process Owner in driving GCS agenda. Understand the objective of the assigned control(s) and document the test script attributes for effective execution of the control, evaluate control effectiveness through testing as per GCS guidelines and maintain an audit trail to evidence execution of the activities. Ensure timely remediation of any control deficiencies

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum of 8 year managerial experience in both operations/production/ quality assurance in an FMCG organization
  • Exposure on Foods or Beverage manufacturing discipline; thorough understanding of the Foods and Beverage Industry
  • Project Management Skills - ability to develop and manage key activities, timeline, resources and alterative plans to execute/ implement various initiatives
  • Collaboration Skills - Ability to work with counterparts and team of the franchise bottler, R&D, Region/BU Operations team
  • Interpersonal Skills - Able to establish a seamless working relationship with others
