Main purpose of the Job

  • To lead the development and execution of PepsiCo digital marketing strategy including all digital communications across social media, e-commerce and digital media to ensure PepsiCo reaches our business objectives and ambitions

Accountability

  • Plan and execute all Digital marketing including SEO/SEM, Marketing database, social media and display advertising campaign
  • Design, Build and maintain our social media presence and leverage all digital asset with brand team
  • Measure on report Performance of all digital marketing campaigns and asset against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify Trend and insight and Optimize spend and Performance
  • Collaborate with Internal team for Creative, Content and Optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple Channel/Country and customer touch point
  • Collaborate with Agencies and Platform partner
  • Develop, coordinate and implement activities with E-commerce key account team/E-customers Platform to ensure the achievement of agreed objectives.
  • Actively share the results and learnings of each shopper marketing program and effectively develop and deploy “Best Practice” tools and manual to ensure the execution and compliance.
  • Proactively feedback latest and critical e-customers’ comments for uplifting service quality and shopping experience.
  • Oversees e-content development and optimization to maximize search and conversion.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications

  • Hands on experience with Social media advertising Platform, Campaign planning, analysis and Optimization
  • At least 5 years of experience manging Digital media for B2C business/ ecommerce Business
  • Experience on Barter bidding with ecommerce Platform (Preferred)
  • Proficiency with Web analytic platform
  • Strong knowledge of current digital media trends, Strategies and techniques
  • Proficiency in digital media KPIs tracking and Online analytic is a must
  • Experience in Both digital creative development and digital marketing across multiple channel and Platform
  • Ability to understand, propose and refine customer segmentation strategies
  • Work under pressure and timeline. Understand ecommerce circumstance
