This is an opportunity to join the Sector team in a central role which provides exposure to both different markets as well as planning leadership team. You will work closely with Sector/Market unit Planning teams to develop and roll-out systems/analytical tool and planning support. This is a key role for all BU planning teams, you will become the Europe Sector knowledge expert for HFM communication and training with “Best in class” customer service.

Main accountabilities:
  • Develop effective analysis and communication tools for Sector Planning team
  • Ensure Commercial Planning analysis tools are updated and reflect the existing businesses structures and reporting needs
  • Act as the Sector specialist for the planning community for changes required according to adjustments in business structures:
    -< Partner with Sector Control group, ensure changing reporting needs are understood and integrated into planning submissions;
    -< Knowledge specialist for HFM planning system: partner with Corporate HFM team to ensure that that Europe’s Planning requirements are addressed in the HFM systems update;
    -< Create/update all financial tools in accordance with HFM updates, including Proformas files, upload HFM models, share update details with Sector teams interested;
  • Support NY CFR team with Europe Management HFM structure updates
  • ​Provide HFM support for the BU planning community:
    -< Support Market units’ HFM related queries on a day-to-day basis;
    -< Organize periodic training sessions to better understand/refresh HFM knowledge;
    -< Support Sector Planning team and Categories in creation of insightful reports;
  • Ad-hoc financial reporting
  • Support transformation agenda: deliver dataflow from Mosaic tool to HFM.
  • Support Financial Analysis at period end, and the consolidation and understanding of the Annual Operation Plan (AOP), forecasts (quarterly and monthly) and Strategic Plan process:
    -< Communicate AOP/official forecasts
    -< Liaise and coordinate readiness of data submission;
    -< Technically validate data and identify/solve any gaps and errors.


• Combination of strong IT skills (particularly Hyperion/HFN-type applications and Excel) and a proven track record in handling these tools, ideally with financial background (planning and analysis) in multifunctional, complex organization
• Ability to understand business needs or customs, and tailor solutions to meet these needs
• Advanced technical Excel skills (e.g. functions, macro) are absolute necessity
• Strong analytical stills
• Technical accounting skills would be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to effectively communicate with multiple levels within the organization
• Good presentation skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
