Job Description

Main purpose
  • Leading JBPs, product activations, for key MT customers along with PCPPI & Benby.
  • Lead MT capability build for PCPPI/Benby regarding WCCE/best practices etc
  • Lead the beverage agenda for food service and maintain relationships with our key global accounts
  • Provide support and align with Modern Trade Operations by planning and providing commercial insights to deliver annual targets
Accountability
  • Key Account Management of YUM and Food Service Agenda in the Philippines. Lead the strategic growth agenda and customer management for YUM in the Philippines via joint business planning.
  • Develop business building and retention strategies for existing accounts to sustain long-term partnership based on overall business directions of key accounts organizations and PepsiCo
  • Extension of Contracts
  • Annual Discover and Joint Business Plan Sessions
  • Ensure flawless execution of AOP.
  • Coordinate the customer agenda between Support Center (SC), Region Food Service & Marketing, MU Marketing, as well as the bottler’s Marketing, Key Account and Operations teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Develop and provide inputs on business proposals for potential accounts and conducts presentations on PepsiCo’s business propositions for key accounts
  • Portfolio Expansion within Existing Accounts
  • Increase in number of accounts by tapping new customers/accounts
  • Responsible for co-developing consumer promotion and consumer engagement plans with the customer with particular focus on enhancing sales/brand image of PepsiCo brands.
  • Manage / coordinate customer agreements to ensure compliance and acceptable return on investment for PepsiCo. Facilitate the execution of contract terms when challenges arise.
  • Identify and align strategic objectives and innovation portfolio with all stakeholders. Lead cross functional team to develop, commercialize and launch all NPDs.
  • Act as primary driver in building customer management capability roadmap. Provide technical or capability building support to Modern Trade Operations, Key Account Management Team, to ensure seamless execution of marketing and promo activities.
  • Act as the Market Unit Subject Matter Expert for the Food Service channel, focusing on the Innovation agenda, effective customer calendar, best practice transfer, insights sharing and capability building.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial/Sales preferably in FMCG and MNCs
  • Experience in Franchise business Model will be a Key Advantage
  • Experience in Modern Trade or QSR Sales will be advantageous
  • Strong and effective communication & influencing skills to drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent problem-solving skill and capability to take strategic plan into action
  • Great process and project management skills, disciplined to ensure delivery of quality end results
  • Leadership Capability
  • Mature with strong people leadership skills – ability to work with different individuals exerting good organization impact with confidence.
  • Quick at making decisions and giving team direction/focus.
  • Comfortable in fluid situations
  • Strong negotiator and people person, be able to manage and create different GTMs
