You can learn how to:
- Provide L1 support either remotely or in person to the user base;
- Review all the field service deliverables, ensuring all tickets and tasks are appropriately managed;
Also, it would be nice if you have: Basic networking troubleshooting skills (TCP, DNS, etc), Microsoft Office and Office365; knowledge,Basic hardware troubleshooting.
