This role will lead, manage and control PGT W2 preparation and deployment in Europe; establishing the direction on Program Management activities, setting up the governance and ways of working, controlling progress, ensuring risk mitigation and working to resolve conflicts between projects/ workstreams.
This role will adopt and adhere to Agile principles and ways of working from the Global Template project.
This role requires wide experience in development and implementation of information systems and technology, strong project management background, showing proficiency on managing a group of IT professionals and all ranges of business stakeholders with a high degree of initiative to get things done in a complex matrix organization.
Member of the Program leadership – Consult / Execute / Inform
Define, ensure consistency and track overall program plan – Decide / Execute
Set up the ways of working and governance with the different projects/ workstreams that integrate the Program and across the broad group of stakeholders that are part of it – Execute
Own Program status meetings, reporting and communication. Align on messages with Program leadership and internal/external stakeholders to communicate status against risks, issues and barriers – Decide/ Execute
Set direction and implement the risks & issues management process across the program and projects ensuring proper tracking, escalation & resolution – Execute
Own Stage Gates: define, implement & approve the Stage Gate process & content across Program and Projects. Key decision maker on Stage Gate recommendation & approval – Decide / Execute
Actively participate and support Program Steering Committees as part of the Leadership Core Team – Consult / Execute
Responsible for Program methodology and deliverables compliance. Set up direction and ensure understanding and delivery of all program/project deliverables – Decide
Governance on Finance resources allocation in terms of time and expenses. Assign activities to the teams by periods to categorize Capital & Expense & provide the input to Finance team for Capex tracking purposes – Consult / Execute / Inform
Ensure full resourcing for the Program/projects and identify & support resolution of resourcing gaps – Consult / Execute
Collaborate with all scrum teams to deliver an optimized end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodology – Consult / Execute
Lead Program Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies – Execute

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred from reputed institutions
Several years of IT business solutions large deployments experience (SAP preferred)
Several years of project management experience or equivalent
Proven record of excellent performance
Proficiency with project management tools used by PepsiCo
Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior management, clients, peers and team members
Knowledge of and competency in project management processes including planning tasks, resource allocation, risk management, time management, financial management, HR management, quality management, monitoring and reporting, documenting and record keeping
Prior experience in managing ERP/ SAP implementations from inception to timely completion
Business-level proficiency in English in mandatory
