Job Description

The Business Process Control Analytics team is looking for an Associate Data Analyst who is analytical, data-oriented and has the intellectual curiosity to understand processes across the various functions of PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA). This role will support the development and expansion of the Business Process Control (BPC) analytics program using data-driven procedures and expanding data analytics relationships within PBNA. Project work will span all parts of our business, across all our categories and across diverse markets in the U.S. and Canada. This brings with it the potential to have a far-reaching impact on the way we operate. The role will work with all levels of the PBNA organization to communicate new tools and procedures associated with data-driven analytics.


  • Support Finance and Control teams in the Divisions and at a Sector level through development and implementation of data analytics solutions and process improvements and enhancements
  • Provide innovative and creative thought leadership on analytic logic, tools and design
  • Complete requested data analytic deliverables timely and error-free
  • Lead ad hoc data-related projects, manage project deliverables and report to management

  • Experience auditing / analyzing enterprise systems such as SAP and Oracle
  • Experience with Teradata, SQL Server, Alteryx, Trifacta, BusinessObjects, IDEA, SAS
  • Experience with Visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, SpotFire, SAS)


  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science / Information Systems, Data / Statistical Sciences, or other related fields
  • Analytical experience or equivalent business intelligence experience in support of the finance/accounting functions
  • Experience designing data-driven solutions for a business or organization
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.
  • Experience using Tableau extensions (NLG, Extract-Export, Write-Back, Alerts)
  • Experience coding in multiple 4th generation languages (e.g., SQL, ABAP, Python, R)
  • Ability to function effectively in a team environment and gain the cooperation of individuals across the organization
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to initiate and lead projects to completion
  • Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
