Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating and assisting in the creation and delivery of digital assets for Grocery and other eCommerce platforms as well as social media channels, with the ultimate goal of driving traffic and online conversion of PepsiCo brands.

  • As a key person in our small team you will be responsible for day to day design and production of best-in-class digital content across multiple Grocery platforms and social media channels, including Amazon, Tesco and Ocado

  • Work with the wider team to come up with innovative and disruptive ideas

  • Develop graphic systems that are not just visually engaging but make sense for the Brand and the campaign objectives

  • Work with project coordinator to maintain deadlines and clearly communicate project status to team members

  • Maintain a library of eCommerce creative and digital brand assets

  • Actively seek to improve the quality of creative thinking and design solutions

  • Be able to work within client guidelines or evolve them as appropriate to create exceptional work

  • Help define briefs, identifying any gaps and asking appropriate questions

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Some experience as a designer preffered

  • Relevant visual design qualification

  • Excellent communication

  • Passion for digital design

  • Proficient and demonstrable expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign – bonus points for video creation

  • Good understanding of social media platforms

  • A team player, willing to work in a friendly but fast paced environment

  • Happy to work across a multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail from brief to delivery and highly organized

  • Positive, can do attitude
