Roles:
- Provide business with high quality executive talent to meet business growth, continuity requirements
- Support APAC TA Lead to drive governance, capability build initiatives

Accountabilities:
- Lead sourcing and support candidate management for executive recruiting, including external talent mapping, talent pipeline management, external market research, talent network, candidate engagement strategy to provide quality talent for business needs
- Provide support for strategic TA initiatives, e.g. employer value proposition, campus programs, diversity , etc
- Develop and implement Sector TA analytics by working with Global team for best practices and build BU TA reporting capabilities
- Develop and implement capability building agenda by understanding business needs and coordinating with Global and Sector COEs to transfer best practices to APAC
- Support Sector change projects by coordinating with BU TA leads to ensure robust implementation and achievement of business objectives, eg. new technologies, process improvements, organization change
- Key connect with Global/Sector COEs on projects and best practices sharing, ensuring coordination with Global agenda

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
- Talent Sourcing
- Talent assessment
- Proficient in Linkedin Talent Insights, Talent Neuron and other talent analytics
- Stakeholder management and influence
- Project management
- Self-driven
- Agile learner
- Analytical problem-solver
- Strong communicator in Chinese and English, verbal and written
- Experience in employer value proposition development would be beneficial
