The Commercial Revenue Strategy Senior Manager of Small Format is a critical partner in delivering the market strategy required to deliver the South Division revenue growth plan while protecting and expanding our franchises. Understanding optimized marketplace architecture and translating category insights into winning revenue strategies is a key development capability for PepsiCo Leaders. This position requires the candidate to have a critical mindset and able to source and develop insights that will be leveraged to challenge the status quo.

As a Commercial Revenue Management Senior Manager, you will:

  • Annual Plan: Support strategic revenue initiatives and AOP pricing development for Small Format
  • On the Streets: Key leadership role in the development of our OTS Strategy in collaboration with Region and Market leaders. Responsibility includes collaborative development of medal programs, OTS Scorecarding and unlocking technology with our customers
  • Top 25 Division Customers: Partner with the Division KAM to support the development of winning CDA which will expand space, revenue and volume to grow our market share
  • Playbooks: Convert small Format strategic priorities to deliver optimum marketplace strategy
  • Tools: Develop insights-driven “Fair Share” selling a story to expand space across all Cold Drink categories
  • Pricing: Partner with Field and Finance Leaders to develop optimized and balanced market pricing
  • Promotions: Use data-based insights to understand the drivers of performance and derive category-level guidance to inform and govern customer calendar design
  • Share: Protect and expand market share in key LRB categories by evaluating competitive insights, retail price health and recommending balanced retail strategies
  • Partnership: Develop relationships with key Sector partners to encourage cross-sharing of information and curating best practices
  • PepsiCo Way: Bring out their own personality while embracing the element of our corporate culture to help our South Division Team win by being Faster, Stronger and Better

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration)
  • 7+ years of progressive responsibility in some of the following areas: evaluating business performance, making an impact in a market or on a customer sales team, marketing, competitive intelligence or other similar function
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience developing and leading teams to achieve positive business results and/or customer objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects in a complex environment with multiple constituencies
  • Foresight and business acumen to initiate new strategies and business opportunities
  • Understanding of the financial metrics and levers key to driving optimal strategic business decisions and overall pricing strategies
