- Optimize dispatching planning process and ERP system improvement to better support business requirement
- Collaboration with cross function team to maximize supply and improve customer service
- Provide recommend from dispatching point of view so as to improve whole SC process
- People management if having subordinates

- Run i2 and SAP to generate daily dispatching plan based on weekly rolling FCST, inventory and safety stock
- Collect by brand dispatching plan from LD&T planning team and do the report combination and share with all MU Sales Planners and LD&T Logistics managers.
- Assist LD&T Planning Manager amend dispatching plan based on updated production plan (including DC to DC, plant to plant STO)
- Resolve full warehouse issue through manual adjustment on dispatching plan
- Work closely with production planning/MU/MWH to provide better dispatch support
- Day-to-day communication with MU team on quick response to abnormal demand
- Optimize dispatching route to find the breakeven point on service and cost
- Coordinate DC stock allocation to reduce aging risk
- Follow FIFO principle and track violation in each DC
- Daily/ monthly sales report tracking
- Work at weekends to do dispatching plan
- Be backup person on system stock movement

- Education:
- University Graduate
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of Supply Chain planning experience in MNCs
- Preferred 1 year of management role to lead a team
- Functional Skill:
- Customer focus
- Good analytical and planning skills
- Data sensitivity
- Good communication and problem solving skill
- People Management skill
- Language Proficiency:
- Good written & spoken in Mandarin and English
- Computer Skill:
- Fluent on Microsoft Office, especially for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Be familiar with ERP system, preferable experience with SAP
