Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage/ coordinate assigned major and minor capital projects from conception to completion following our investment plans based on company strategies, capacities & capabilities of the Team members;
  • Supervise Capex preparation and approval process to planned AOP budgets;
  • On time and on budget Capital projects preparation and execution;
  • Manage assigned projects portfolio within the key focus to deliver constant productivity;
  • Support business agenda development by preparation of feasibility studies, business cases and bringing technical solutions for various new business initiatives;
  • Coordinate and manage Capex preparation, alignment & approval ensuring execution of AOP agenda for Copernicus plant;
  • Ensure sustainable, financially well controlled environment establishment for Company Capital Projects & Fix Asset Activities;
  • Execute purchasing / procurement of goods and services including supplier selection, negotiation and preparation of contracts, orders placement, tracking and invoice processing;
  • Site design support and best practices/ experience sharing;
  • Site construction management and equipment installation works support;
  • Site startup process support;

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience/ Functional skills:

  • Technical University degree in Civil Works + background strongly preferred;
  • 5+ yrs critical FMCG experience;
  • Strong project management skills to co-ordinate agenda of multiple paralell executed projects within multisite environment where resources are not directly owned;
  • Experience in project management of multi-MM$ capital projects;
  • Contracts negotiating skills for equipment and services purchases;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Sound technical expertise (machinery equipment and production processes technology;
  • Ability to quickly learn and determine suitability of various evaluated technical and technological solutions during feasibility studies preparation and equipment design sessions;
  • Fluent in English and Polish;
  • Computer Literate (AutoCad, MS Office package with good Excel);
  • Excellent people and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to strive for high standards, seek innovative solutions, drive continuous improvement;
  • High potential to grow and develop;
