EER category Innovation Brand Manager will lead the 5 years Innovation Strategy and Pipeline development for the EER Beverages portfolio.

EER Innovation Team is looking for a strategic thinking, passionate and well organized, consumer centric professional to support the innovation pipeline development for EER and commercialization of innovation launches in 2020 and beyond. This individual will be key contributor to launch bigger and more accretive Breakthrough & Reframe Innovations

Main accountabilities:

  1. Support development of bigger and more accretive Breakthrough & Reframe Innovation ideas

  • Partner with GBG Innovation, R&D and Consumer Insights in Identifying unexploited EER consumer insights and translating them into sizeable global or regional Reframe/ Breakthrough Product, Packaging and Process Innovation ideas

  • Consumer-validate Innovation ideas

  • Prepare Business cases for key stakeholders

  1. Set Innovation Pipeline ready for launch

  • Manage - as prime mover - the process of Commercialization (Gate/Stage) for Global and Regional Reframe/ Breakthrough Innovations in EER

  • Keeping key stakeholders informed and involved

  • Identify & unlock organizational barriers for Reframe & Breakthrough Innovations (e.g. non-standard GTM, A&M)

  1. Support deployed innovation platforms to meet business objectives via developing assets, toolkits and executional strategies in close cooperation with BUs

  1. Support line manager in driving Innovation culture

  • Ensure continuous, systematic learning from tested and launched innovations by sharing and archiving results


The ideal candidate is someone that can thrive in a both the innovation and commercialization marketing environment. This role will be critical in creating a successful pipeline of products to deliver Innovation growth targets. Bringing a new brand into the world requires strong skills in strategic thinking, problem solving, brand building, understanding of the core consumer, and an ability to flourish in ambiguity.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven track record of independent project leading

  • Experience in new product development and deployment is a plus

  • Ability to manage project on his/her own

  • A minimum of 5 years of prior Marketing, Insights or Commercialization experience

  • Personal maturity & organizational savvy – able to think and present in executive language

  • Problem solving skills – ability to break complex abstract problems in smaller pieces and providing a recommendation on way forward

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including English language)

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
