Sr. Technology Analyst, Revenue Management

The Role:
The PFC Sr. Technology Analyst, Revenue Management will be responsible for driving the data analytics agenda for the Frito Lay and Quaker business through effective collaboration with cross functional partners. In addition, the role is responsible for overseeing the business trade application system and leading the enhancement process. The role requires strong communication skills, effective relationship building, sense of ownership & accountability, as well as strong analytical acumen.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Develop and deliver the Revenue Management data analytics agenda
  • Propose and lead business process and application improvements for the PFC trade system by creating the business case and implementing changes
  • Liaison between the business and the technical team to ensure requirements are met and scope delivered on time/budget
  • Lead quarterly SOX compliance requirements for trade system
  • Build effective cross departmental relationships supporting shared growth objectives
  • Coaching and developing direct report


Who’s a good fit for the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or IT preferred. MBA or CPA an asset
  • 2+ years of work experience in Finance, or IT
  • Strong communication skills with ability to simplify key messages and provide valuable insights in a compelling way
  • Ability to influence at various levels of the organization and drive the agenda
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven collaboration/teamwork experience
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Effective time management & prioritization capabilities
  • Ability to work and think independently with limited direction and oversight
