- Drive holistic annual social planning of Pepsi and Flavor for both seasonal campaigns and always-on content;
- Support competitive digital and social strategy to drive the brand engagement with youth. Build long term conversation on social networks;
- Lead all social media deliverables which includes content planning & developments, execution, optimization, community management, reporting, insights and recommendations
- Deep consumer and influencers also social landscape understanding to translate consumer and relevant category insights into clear communication strategies across different social platforms
- Resposbile for brand editorial content and be a ‘chief editor’ role for deliver best in class work
- Responsible for “always on” social content for all conversations in branded community and develop and execute 24/7 content calendar;
- Responsible for brand social healty and image in SNS platform, also reporting and otimpzations.
- Owner of KOLs from owned; earned; paid channels and establish database; Categorize KOLs by purposes by loyalty by incentive by content format and initiate KOL engagement program;
- Identify and develop social content from the organization , and develop new channels of communication internally and externally;

- Literacy: in both spoken & written Chinese is a must
- Bachelor degree or above;
- 6-8 years+ experience in China digital and a social guru; has deep insight of China netizen online behaviors with hands-on interaction knowledge; creative filed (editor/copywriter) working experience pefered
- A proven track record of manag and create brand account and be able to showcase your portifllio of work
- Excellent project management skills
- Solid track record of developing branded SNS and success in KOL recruit;
- Good command of English;
- Be creative and innovative and utmost doable;
