1、Master and control the condition of the production line, includes: equipment, raw material, technical process and people allocation.
2、Be familiar with on-line production quality standards, assist production manager or R&D department to solve all the quality issues.
3、Deliver production plan by optimizing people allocation; manages and monitors equipment maintenance, raw material condition, on-line quality.
4、Make sure the execution of safety procedure in the work shop.
5、Deliver training and assessment of safety awareness, process specification, quality control.
6、Analyze all the on-line information about production, quality, waste, operation and deliver related report.
7、EHS---improve plants’ EHS basic work to achieve new target
8、Effectively manage production team for achieving AOP
9、Improve base efficiency continuously
10、Cooperate with QA department to improve production quality and complete QS evaluation
11、Prepare for GCS audit
12、SOP Manuals, ensure all employees undergone training on SOPs
13、5S and AM and CI, Special project
1、 Bachelor degree or above, major in food, chemical industry and management
2、 More than 5 years experience in food production and management.
3、good communication, organization, leadership and other abilities, management skills, etc.
4、 Being in good health and with a health certificate, can adapt to overtime work
5、CET-4 or above. Good English communication skills in reading and writing/oral.
6.Familiar with automatic assembly line equipment
7.Literacy in both spoken&written Chinese a must
