Accountabilities:
1. Selling & Merchandising
- Develop territory business through wider & deeper Key Account & Indirect Coverage
- Define execution standards & ensure compliance to Gold Merchandising Standards
- Drive execution of ASAP for all Key Accounts & escalate any key issues to RU
- Drive Direct coverage agenda for potential accounts & distribution width agenda through indirect coverage

2. Coaching
- Work with each member in market at least once a month & provide developmental feedback
- Conduct effective weekly meeting with team (SO)
- Hire & train SO team

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
- Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Demonstrated track record of success
- 1-2 years people leadership experience
- Key Account experience is plus
- 3-5 years front-line sales experience
- Negotiation/problem solving skills
- D&A management experience preferred
- Large team (five or more) responsibility preferred
- Distributor management experience preferred
- Industry knowledge preferred
- Professional selling skills & negotiation skills
- Sales planning and time management
- Mandarin & English (preferred if have English capability)
- Skills in MS office
