The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Financial Reporting Senior Analyst to join our Team. In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for the cash flow plan, forecasts and analyzing actual results for both Frito Lay Canada and Quaker Canada. The role will also provide key financial insights to senior management on Cash Flow.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop the annual Cash Flow plans and periodic forecasts, and deliver insight when comparing them to actual results
  • Present Cash Flow plan, forecasts and results to senior leadership
  • Complete periodic Cash Flow reporting adjustments in our Hyperion Financial Management system
  • Provide Financial Reporting support by booking journal entries and completing balance sheet reconciliations. Reconciling items are kept to a minimum and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Participate in quarterly balance sheet reviews to identify the impact to Cash Flow
  • Contribute to, and execute on, initiatives that improve the processes, procedures and tools utilized by the Team
  • Project work


Who’s a good fit for the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Accounting designation or active pursuit of an accounting designation is required
  • 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Proven technical accounting knowledge
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on detail
  • Successful execution of process improvement initiatives
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and SharePoint skills
  • Ability to work effectively with field cross-functional teams, shared service partners and Senior Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Oracle, MFGPro, HFM and Tableau knowledge is an asset
