Job Description

This role will support the creation, set-up and ongoing management as well as development of the Digital Asset Management operation for Global Beverage Group in Pepsico.
The new Asset Management capability will be supported within the Marketing GBS Services Hub - providing Marketing Service to GBG and their creative agencies. This role will interface with Category, Finance teams as well as external partners (e.g. global agencies, platform owners).

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Play an active part of Global Digital Asset Management Project Team, support operational set-up and implementation of the Digital Asset Management system within PepsiCo, partnering with and delivering this service to GBG team
  • Define taxonomy hierarchies, naming conventions, tagging and archiving of digital assets, ensure consistency with global solutions
  • Partner with PepsiCo marketing teams, agencies and third parties to build seamless process for acquiring, tagging, cataloging and managing all digital content
  • Acquiring GBG team feedback and translating it into continuous improvement of DAM Platform; Continually identify opportunities to optimize process, implementation, delivery and system functionality, to maintain a leading-edge and future-proof capability
  • Partner with IT and Marketing to ensure full system integration and workability
  • Support embedding Asset Management within GBG, developing user manuals and training programs to build knowledge, educate and drive adoption, to streamline and govern the management and optimization of digital assets
  • Onboard GBG marketing team and their agency partner to the platform, define relevant user permissions, train new users, introduce new platform functionalities to existing users
  • Develop reports to monitor and track number of requests, usage stats etc. and build robust assessments on productivity gains, business benefits and success metrics delivered as a result of Digital Asset Management solution; Produce quarterly digital reviews with Sector teams across key success metrics


  • Minimum 4 years experience in marketing technology, ideally with experience in Digital Asset Management systems or in a cybrarian capacity
  • Experience working within a brand environment, collaboration with agencies and marketers
  • Excellent proven communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Passion for and rich understanding of marketing technology, and it’s application within an enterprise environment with the ability to partner with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to stay focused and deliver the agenda while juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with the ability to deliver tight SLA deadlines
  • Extreme attention to detail, process oriented and meticulous data-driven nature,
  • Good to have: experience in digitally-led consumer marketing activations, within a brand environment, experience in analytics (e.g. Google/Adobe Analytics) and reporting, Project Management knowledge (SCRUM, PRINCE, etc.)
